Evalina Burdo

Evalina Burdo, 91, of Ellenburg Depot passed away peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at home with her family by her side. Evalina was born in Altona on December 31, 1927, the daughter of the late Louis and Adeline Guerin.
She married her sweetheart Francis Burdo and together they raised eleven wonderful children. They spent several years of marital bliss until her beloved Francis passed in 1957.
Evalina was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, (great) grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She was a loving, kind and caring woman with a strong faith in God.
Evalina was predeceased by her parents, husband, sons Maurice and Gerald Burdo and one daughter, Margaret Guerin .Several siblings also passed before her.
Left to cherish her memory are her kids; Maynard Burdo, William Burdo, Raymond Burdo, Kathy Cayea, Anna Blaise, Betty Goodrow and husband, John, George Perry and wife, Diane, and Ronald Perry and Shannon LeClair. Her brother Richard Guerin and sister, Lorainne Cashman survive her.
Evalina’s request was to have no calling hours. Interment will be at a later date at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Mooers.
