Exie P Macey

Exie P. Macey, 88, of Plattsburgh, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at her home with her family by her side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country and special caregivers Kayla Buskey and Tiffany Joy. She was born in Arcola, Missouri on October 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Herman and Winnie (Baldwin) Reed.
She is survived by her children and their spouses; Patty Carson (Mike), James Macey (Diane), David Macey (Tina), Donna Parent (significant other), Russell Macey (significant other), Larry Macey, Angie Macey (fiancé Billy Fountain), Cathy Ero (Mike), Diane Hendrie (Gene) and Pat Wade daughter in law. Her sibling Francis (Goldine) Jeffreys. 20 Grandchildren, 37 Great grandchildren and 1 Great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband James Macey passed away in 1981. Her parents, a son Steven Macey also passed away earlier.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 3:00-6:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Face masks and social distancing are in effect.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Peter’s Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Memorial donations may be offered to Clubfoot World Health Organization.
