Frances A Bilow

Mrs. Frances A. Bilow, 91, of Flynn Ave., passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Malone on January 16, 1925, the daughter of the late Edward and Nathalie (Chapple) Blair. Frances enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, and dining at Arnie's Restaurant where she had many friends. She is survived by a son and daughter in law; Kevin and Denise Bilow of Cadyville, five daughters and three sons in law; Donna and David Durham of Plattsburgh, Paulette Potts of Vermont, Judith and Frederick Bergman of Waddington, Diane Barcomb of Plattsburgh, Cathy and Brent Smith of Ellenburg, 21 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, her close friends Paul Costin and the late Doris Oakes, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Maynard Bilow on February 16, 1996. A daughter Karen Bilow, a son Keith Bilow, her sisters; Eva Church, Myrtle Martin, Louella Blair, Geraldine Fortier, Kathleen Bartlett, Velma Mills and a brother Raymond Blair also passed away earlier. In accordance with Frances' wishes, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10:00am at Whispering Maples Mausoleum in Ellenburg Depot.
