Frances J Trowbridge

Plattsburgh Frances J. Trowbridge, 86, of Brooklyn, N.Y., passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with family by her side. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on March 5, 1928, the daughter of the late Walter and Marie (Lessard) Jones. In accordance with Frances' wishes, there will be no calling hours.
