Francis L "Frankie" Garrow

Chazy Mr. Francis L. "Frankie" Garrow, IV, 18, of the Ratta Road, Chazy, New York passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was born in Plattsburgh, New York on September 24, 1991 the son of Francis L. "Frank" and Irene (LaPointe) Garrow, III. Frankie was a senior at Chazy Central Rural School and was set to graduate in June 2010. He was active in numerous school activities including drama club, basketball, golfing and was a proud member of the 2009 New York State Soccer Championship Team. Frankie was named Duke at the Class Prom and he was a member of Sacred Heart Church where he served Mass regularly. Frankie was recently installed as a volunteer fire fighter with the Chazy Volunteer Fire Department. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Audrey LaPointe and his paternal grandfather Francis L. Garrow, Jr. Frankie is survived by his parents, Frank L. and Irene (LaPointe) Garrow, III of Chazy, his brother Dylan Garrow of Chazy, his paternal grandmother Judy Garrow of Plattsburgh, his maternal grandfather Ronald LaPointe of Chazy, his girlfriend Adrianna Couture of Chazy, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Chazy, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 18, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Chazy.
