Gary Russell

Plattsburgh Life's journey has come to its destination for Gary Russell, 64, of Military Turnpike in Schuyler Falls. He passed away Monday, July 28, 2014 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh after complications from cancer. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 19, 1950, the son of Wallace and Joyce (Newell) Russell. Gary had a love for hunting and the outdoors. He enjoyed summers in his camper as well as traveling with his wife. He is survived by his wife, Maureen Russell, his sisters; Judy and her husband Lanny Relation, Connie Deno, Penny Cameron and her husband Eddie, his brothers; Tim, Gerry and his wife Jennifer, Randy and his wife Debbie, his two godchildren, April Vassar and Joshua Cameron, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. There will be no calling hours; a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Church in Treadwells Mills. Don't cry because it's the end of my life, rather smile because you were a part of it.
