Geraldine A Gebo

Geraldine A. Gebo, 90, of Morrisonville, NY passed away Monday, April 13, 2020. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on July 9, 1929 to Edward and Anna (Longtin) Gebo.
Geraldine retired from Grand Union in 1995 after she worked 36 years. She drove as a Transporter for Valhaven Nursing Home in Peru for Eight Years. She was a member of St. Alexander’s Church in Morrisonville.
Geraldine enjoyed traveling and camping. Her love was animals most importantly dogs.
She is predeceased by her brothers, Lee, Hector, Edward, Robert and Phil, and sisters; Bea, Irene, Leona, Rhea and Velma. She was the last survivor of the children.
Geraldine is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Her positive outlook on life, her kindness and consideration and her terrific sense of humor will be great loss for all of us. It is a comfort to know that she will no longer endure pain and suffering. As sad as we are, we should remember her with a smile. She would wish that for all, that’s the person she was.
Due to the current situation, services will be private. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
