Giles M Dame

Giles Dame 65 of Plattsburgh NY passed away peacefully July 26,2020 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Malone NY on December 22, 1954. Son of Viola E. Dame(Jarvis) and Miles G. Dame.
Giles was a 18 1/2 year Navy Veteran. He enjoyed biking, camping, and in general anywhere that was outdoors. He walked the streets of Plattsburgh for many years just whistling away enjoying life! He also loved to spend as much time with his beloved grandchildren.
Giles is survived by his loving companion of 30 years Wendy Davies, brothers John(Deb), Bryan Dame, Daniel Dame(Donnell). Sisters Carol Dame, Sheron Dodge(Bob), Shiela Dame, Miss Susan Murphy. He is survived by 6 children, Daniel Dame, Giles Dame, Joseph Young, Giles Davies, Kelly Dame and Jessica Blake. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by his parents Viola and Miles Dame, a sister Diane Peacock, and brother Kenny Dame.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday July 30, 2020 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, military honors will follow at 6:00 pm.
