Gladys E "Grammy" O'Donahue

Plattsburgh Mrs. Gladys E. "Grammy O" O'Donahue, 96, of McDonough St., Plattsburgh, NY passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility with her family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on April 11, 1919 the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Premore) Dubuque. Grammy attended OLVA. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, having yards sales and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Edward, a daughter Donna Spooner and several siblings. Grammy is survived by a son Robert Curtis and his wife Dawn of Camdem, AK, two daughters; Jane Kemp of Plattsburgh, Marilyn Atwood of Plattsburgh, 23 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William G. Reamer officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Plattsburgh.
