Glory A. Morley, 80, of Wallace Hill Road, Plattsburgh, passed Monday, September 25, 2023 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with her family by her side. She was born March 1, 1943 , the daughter of Philbert and Merilda (Bushey) Burnell.
Glory married Gregory Morley on August 14, 1982.
She enjoyed doing home crafts and was a member of the Home Bureau and Mothers Club. Glory enjoyed bowling, reading and gardening. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, a brother Carl Burnell, a sister Joyce McLean, and a great grandson Kaleb LaBarge.
Glory is survived by her husband Greg, her children; Kim Eaton-Derick and her husband Jerry, Bruce Eaton, Jr, Brad Eaton and Kevin Eaton all of Plattsburgh. Six grandchildren; Kaela Jackson, Dylan Eaton, Jennifer Eaton, Bruce Eaton, III, Jesse Clark and Dante Eaton, five great grandchildren; Seth LaBarge, Xavier Eaton, London Eaton, Liam Clark and Killian Clark, a brother Wendell Burnell, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her.
Calling hours will be held on Friday September 29, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
Donations in Glory's memory may be made to the North Country Cancer Fund or the Ronald McDonald House.
