He was born in Plattsburgh, New York on July 14, 1929, the son of Ernest and Priscilla (Brunelle) Garrow. Calling hours will be Monday, November 29, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, New York. A funeral service will follow at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Colin Belton, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church officiating.
