Harold F Mooney Jr

Plattsburgh Mr. Harold F. Mooney Jr., 61, of Oswego Lane in Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on August 2, 1949, the son of Harold and Mary (Garrant) Mooney, Sr. Harold was a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army. He was employed at Imperial Wallcoverings for over 24 years. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Una (Prenoveau) Mooney, his two sons and a daughter in law; Scott of Kentucky, Dave and Chrissy of Kentucky, three brothers; Larry, Jerry and, Gary Mooney, all of Plattsburgh, his sister; Patricia Garrow of Plattsburgh, his sister in law; Donna Prenoveau of Plattsburgh, an aunt; Joyce Pelkey of Plattsburgh, his grandchildren; Justin, Joshua, Alyssa, and Matthew, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother in law, Larry Prenoveau and his sister in law Patricia Mooney. In accordance with Harold's wishes, calling hours and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in St. Peter's cemetery.
