Harriet A "Red" Spurlock (Baker)

Harriet A. "Red" Spurlock, 74, of Cadyville, NY, passed away on Monday August 8, 2017 at the UVM CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh after her long courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Cadyville, NY, on June 17, 1943 the daughter of John and Agnes (Smart) Baker. Red loved to be outdoors, she had a green-thumb and could often be found in her flower and vegetable garden, or riding her John Deere. She enjoyed going out to lunch with her cousins and seeing the robins return in the spring. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Marcus Spurlock of Cadyville, her son, Mark J. Spurlock and his companion, Tammy Rock of Cadyville, her sisters; Flora "Pug" Bradley of West Chazy, and Loraine Kezer and her companion Gilman Saucier Cadyville, her special friends; Ginny Rock, Joyce Lawson, Christine Cayea, Brenda Pelkey, a special niece, Kim Layhee and her husband Billy, and several nieces and nephews.
