Hazel M Dragoon

Morrisonville Mrs. Hazel M. Dragoon, 88, of State Route 22B, Morrisonville, New York passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility with her family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh, New York on January 22, 1923 the daughter of Albert and Cora (Rabideau) Terrier. Hazel enjoyed crocheting, cooking, camping, fishing and gardening. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Hazel was a member of St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. She was predeceased by her parents Albert and Cora Terrier. Hazel is survived by her husband of sixty seven years Chauncey M. Dragoon of Morrisonville, a son Michael Dragoon and his wife Lisa of Plattsburgh, three daughters Joan Rock and her husband Stephen of Morrisonville, Judith Facteau and her husband Larry of Morrisonville, Peggy Mello and her husband Martin of Peru, her grandchildren Jason Rock and his wife Jennifer of West Chazy, Michelle Perry and her husband Steven of Altona, Marc Facteau and his wife Christine of Keeseville, Angel Drollette and her husband James of Keeseville, Ashley Dupra of Plattsburgh, James Dupra of Peru, Cameron Mello of Peru, Jessica Dragoon of Plattsburgh, Shawn Dragoon of Italy, Kianna Dragoon of Plattsburgh, Michael "Mikie" Dragoon II of Plattsburgh, Corey Dragoon of Plattsburgh, her great grandchildren Alexis Facteau, Austin Facteau, Dillon Drollette, Dawson Drollette, Tyler Perry, Ethan Perry, Blake Rock and Aiden Kuhn. Calling hours will be Friday, February 11, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. Interment will be at a later date at St. Alexander's Cemetery.
