Hazel M. Reome, 34 days old, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 5,2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Burlington, Vermont on June 1, 2019 the daughter of Cecilia Egan and Tanner Reome.
Hazel is survived by her parents, Cecilia Egan and Tanner Reome.
Calling hours will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Services will follow at 11:00 am in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
