Hector R. Quesnel, 88, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Albany VA Medical Center. He was born in Brandon, Vermont on October 4, 1934, the son of the late Joseph and Lydia (Giroux) Quesnel. Graveside services with military honors will be held at St. John's Cemetery in Keeseville at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
