Helen T Robinson

Plattsburgh Helen T. Robinson, 75, of Christiansen Drive, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at her home. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on February 18, 1937 the daughter of Fred and Helen (Fielding) Desotell. Helen worked for many years as a waitress at Howard Johnson's in Plattsburgh. She later went on to work at CVPH Medical Center in food services before becoming a stay at home mother. Helen enjoyed gardening, crocheting and cross word puzzles. She was predeceased by her husband Francis Robinson, Sr., two sons; Francis Robinson, Jr. and Fred Robinson, a brother James Desotell and two sisters; Genevieve Desotell and Shirley Rock. Helen is survived by, two daughters; Helen Bechard and her husband Lawrence of Champlain, NY and Pamela Lawson and her husband Robert of Plattsburgh, NY, a son Charles Robinson of Peru, eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, two sisters; Ruth Clukey and her husband Richard of Beekmantown and Virginia Mary and her husband Raymond of Beekmantown, a brother Kenneth Desotell and his wife Andrea of Morrisonville, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday June 13, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in St. Peter's Cemetery.
