Henrietta M Lamoy

Plattsburgh Mrs. Henrietta M. Lamoy, 67, of Lafayette St. in Plattsburgh, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 11, 1943, the daughter of Henry and Mildred (Rock) Gowett. Henrietta graduated from St. John's Academy. She was employed by Forrence Orchards until her health declined. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 41 years James Lamoy, her children: Michelle Welch of Willsboro, Nicole Vassar of Keeseville, Todd Lamoy of Plattsburgh, three brothers and sisters in law; David and Barbara Gowett, Timothy and Joanne Gowett and Mark and Sue Gowett of Plattsburgh, six grandchildren; Shane, Bryan, Kendra, Nathan, Caleb and Ty, several nieces and nephews . Her parents passed away earlier. In accordance with Henrietta's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 10:00am at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. Memorial donations may be offered to the American Lung Association.
