Hilde Jefferies

Hilde Jefferies, 82, of Bushey Blvd., Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2019 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Idar-Oberstein, Germany on September 4, 1936 the daughter of Oscar and Frida Johanna (Korb) Wild.
Hilde married Clarence Jefferies on November 27, 1973. She worked at the NSO Club, Airmen Club and was the Dining Room Manager at the Officers Club at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany. She was very proud to become a United States Citizen in July of 1988. Hilde enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening.
Hilde was predeceased by her husband Clarence Jefferies, Sr.
She is survived by seven children; David Wild and his wife Cathy, Rita Alford and her husband Dennis, Andre Wild, Gerlinde Chambers, Clarence Jefferies Jr. and his wife Holly, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday May 11, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be on Monday May 13, 2019 at 10:00 am at Saratoga National Cemetery with her husband.
