Irene M Sheppard Devins

Irene M. Sheppard Devins, 76, of Oak Street, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday July 27, 2021 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Salem, NJ pm August 22, 1944 the daughter of James and Lillian (Bauman) Boyce.
Irene worked at Walmart in Plattsburgh for many years. She enjoyed going to the casino.
Irene married Bothwell “Popeye” Devins in 2007.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband and a brother Roland Boyce.
Irene is survived by two sons; Christopher Sheppard of Plattsburgh and Donald Sheppard and his wife Heather of West Chazy, four grandchildren; Chris Ducharme, Josh Sheppard, David Sheppard and Ashley Sheppard, a brother, Leroy Boyce of NJ, several nephews also survive her.
At Irene’s request services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
