Plattsburgh Mr. James Michael Hayes, 80, of Lakeview Towers, Plattsburgh, passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2015 at Vermont Respite Home in Williston, VT. He was born in Stamford , Connecticut, on September 17, 1935, the son of Paul F. and Theresa C. (O'Keefe) Hayes. Services will be private. Burial will be in the Peasleeville cemetery.
