James T Martin

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of James (Jimmy) Martin, Sr. He was born in Plattsburgh on June 27,1965 and passed away on Aug 31,2021.
He loved the outdoors, hunting, was a dedicated worker in the field he loved, loved hotrods and fishing poles. He graduated from Plattsburgh Highschool and was loved by many. He knew more than some people forgot. He will be missed more than words can describe.
He is predeceased by his father Tyrone Martin.
He sadly leaves his mother, Dian Blake, sisters, Kathy (Joe) Tarasavage and Jennifer (Kevin) Zuchlewski. His wife Dorothy (Dee Dee) Martin, children Chase Johnson (Florida), James Martin Jr. (Plattsburgh) and Paige Martin (Previously from Plattsburgh), longtime partner, Pauline Barber and her children, his grandchildren, Lily Martin, Maia Quaglietta, Mollie Maynard, Mason & Olivia Johnson, and other children from blended families.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 10:00am-11:00am at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 11:00am in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, led by Father Ryan.
