James T Mcduffie Jr

James T. McDuffie, Jr., 56, of Mallard Drive, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Friday March 9, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Rome, NY on May 19, 1955 the son of James and Nellie (Henderson) McDuffie, Sr. James graduated from Rome Free Academy in 1973, soon after he enlisted in the United States Navy. He lived in Lake Placid, Cloverville, VA, New Castle, PA and then to Plattsburgh in 1999. James worked as a bricklayer in Lake Placid and later at Bombardier Transportation in Plattsburgh. James enjoyed western movies, fishing, camping and playing hunting video games. He was predeceased by his parents and a son James T. McDuffie, III. James is survived by his children; Sarah McDuffie and her companion Don-Juan Kelty of Keeseville, Chariese McDuffie and companion Patrick Ginn of PA, Jessica Gomez and her husband Spencer of Plattsburgh, Kristen McDuffie and her companion Adrian Ramirez of PA, Kathryn McDuffie,, Rachel McDuffie, Stacy McDuffie and Lydia Vincent of all of Plattsburgh and nine grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Friday March 16, 2012 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
