Plattsburgh James F. Morrow, 87, of Plattsburgh, died on Sun. Mar. 15, 2015 at CVPH. He was born in Altona, NY on Aug. 15, 1927 the son of Frank and Bertha (Staley) Morrow. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Peaseleeville Cemetery later in the year.
