Janice M Giguere

Janice M. Giguere, 62, of Recore Road, West Chazy, NY, passed on Monday January 20, 2020 at her home with her family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country.
She was born in Plattsburgh on April 29, 1957 the daughter of Norman and Doris (Forette) Giguere.
Janice worked at SUNY Plattsburgh for many years. She played the guitar and enjoyed spending time with her family and fixing things.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Karen Ducharme, a nephew Paul Ducharme and a niece Tia Ducharme.
Janice is survived by her wife Penny Averill of West Chazy, two step children; Charles Spinner of Vermont and Jessica Basto and her husband Anthony of Morrisonville, four step grandchildren; Eliza, Lydia, Tristan and Rory, two brothers; Stephen Giguere and his wife Virginia of West Chazy and Greg Giguere all of West Chazy, several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday January 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s Church in West Chazy.
