Jean M Yildiz

Jean M. Yildiz, 51, of Flat Rock Road, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on February 8, 1968, the daughter of Charles and Barbara (Rabideau) Normandin.
Jean was employed by Saranac Central School for many years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, making candies and cookies for holidays and events. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Ali Yildiz, her children; Ibrahim and Halle, her parents, her siblings and their spouses; Larry and Maryellen Normandin, Ann and Jeffrey Fredenburg, Bernard and Jennifer Normandin, Tina and Daniel Chauvin, her nieces and nephews; Charlie Jean (James) Hellier, Hunter, Gage and girlfriend Morgan, Alexzandra, Raigan (Paul) Rezzo, cousins who were her caregivers; Travis and Mindy Rabideau, a great nephew Killian, and many cousins, aunts and uncles .
Friends and co-workers are invited to attend a celebration of her life on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh. Memorial donations may be offered to the family for the education of her children. The family wishes to thank Dr. Duus and staff at the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center and Bobbie Jo Otis and staff of R5 at CVPH for the excellent care given to Jean.
