Jeanette M Miller

Jeanette M. Miller, 99, of Morrisonville, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility. She was born in Hoosick Falls, NY on February 20, 1920, the daughter of John Sr. and Mary (Burns) Smith. She married Laurence (Larry) E. Miller on September 15, 1945. They resided in Morrisonville the entire 62 years of their marriage.
Jeanette is a retired Kindergarten teacher from Chazy Central Rural School. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, square-dancing, reading, flower gardening, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her beautiful family.
Jeanette is survived by her seven children: son Michael (Lorraine) Miller; six daughters Susan (Phillip) Goddeau, Sandra (Michael) Reil, Mary Ann (David) Upton, Beverly (Dr. Frank) Ultee, Laurie Bell, Julie (Randall) Fink; son-in-law, Earl Bell.
Jeanette was predeceased by her parents, her brother Jack and his wife Dorothy, and her husband, Larry.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 9:30-11:30am at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 12:00pm from St. James Church in Cadyville, NY. Burial will follow in St. Alexander's Cemetery in Morrisonville.
Memorial donations may be made to Meadowbrook Healthcare Activities Fund.
