Jeanne M Beach

Jeanne M. Beach, 74, of Jersey Swamp Road, Beekmantown, NY, passed away on Sunday April 1, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Champlain, NY on July 31, 1937 the daughter of Arthur and Gertrude (Cayea) Hebert. Jeanne attended St. Mary's Academy. She met her future husband John Beach while working at Plattsburgh Diner in 1954. They were married on January 5, 1955. She worked for many years at the Officers Club at Plattsburgh Air Force Base, retiring in 1995. Jeanne was a member St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy and enjoyed gardening, cooking and having coffee with her brothers. She was predeceased by her husband John Beach in 1995, a brother Jerry Hebert and a sister June Hebert. Jeanne is survived by her four children; Christopher Beach and his wife Barbara of Plattsburgh, Deborah Theroux and her husband Jeffrey of St. Cloud, FL, Rebecca Jewell of NC and Pamela McDonough and her husband John of MA, a special niece Tina Cohen of Mount Holly, VT, eight grandchildren; Kristin Branon, Andrew Beach, Austin, John and Rebecca Jewell, Anthony, Kylie and Alice McDonough, three great grandchildren; Katharine, Kaden and Addison Jewell, her siblings; Arthur Hebert and his wife Mel of Boca Raton, FL, Harlan "Sonny" Hebert and his wife Denise of Beekmantown, Donald Hebert and his wife Nancy of Clewiston, FL, Paul Hebert and his wife Mary of Beekmantown and Joanne Hebert of Weirsdale, FL, several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday April 3, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, West Chazy, NY, burial will be private for the family. Donations in Jeanne's memory may be made to the CVPH Foundation, Skilled Nursing or Activities Fund.
