Jeffrey J Forkey

Jeffrey J. Forkey, 41, of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Saturday May 4, 2019 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh due to heart failure. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 10, 1977 the son of Roger and Sharon Forkey.
Jeffrey attended Seton Catholic and graduated Salutatorian of the Class of 1995. He attended Plattsburgh State University for two years, and then went on to receive his Doctorate from Albany College of Pharmacy in 2003.
He was predeceased by his father, Roger E. Forkey in 2009
Jeffrey is survived by his mother Sharon (Gifford) Forkey, two sisters; Mary Beth Hackett and her husband Austin and daughter Molly of Phoenix, AZ and Erin Ward and her husband Mark and son Will of Methuen, MA.
Also surviving him are his Godmother, Mildred Forkey Sellin, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeffrey was a loving son, brother, and uncle who enjoyed spending time with family, especially his beloved nephew Will and niece Molly.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday May 9, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday May 10, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Peter’s Church in Plattsburgh, burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
