Jennifer L Merrill

Jennifer L. LeFevre Merrill, 58, of Route 3 Cadyville, NY, passed away on Saturday December 14, 2013. She was born in Plattsburgh on December 18, 1954 the daughter of Arthur and Marielle (Pellerin) LeFevre. Jennifer graduated from Saranac High School, Hudson Valley Community College and SUNY Albany. She went on to work in several accounting positions before retiring from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance as a Conferee in 2008. Jennifer enjoyed quilting and her most recent passion was researching genealogy. She was predeceased by her mother Marielle and a sister Karen. Jennifer is survived by her children; Jason Merrill and his wife Cyndi and Elizabeth Mickalonis and her husband Joshua, two grandchildren Stella and Joseph Mickalonis. Her father Arthur LeFevre, her siblings; Stephen LeFevre and his wife Nancy, Daniel LeFevre and his wife Maryann, Susan Wright and her husband Raymond, Mary Sayward and her husband Steven, Joseph LeFevre and his wife Nancy, Allan LeFevre and his wife Tina, a brother-in-law Brian Shields. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive her. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday December 18, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday December 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m at St. James Church in Cadyville, burial will be in St. Alexander's Cemetery in the spring.
