Jerry P. Mooney, 66, of Plattsburgh, passed away on March 20, 2024. He was born in Plattsburgh on December 12, 1957 , the son of Harold and Mary (Garrant) Mooney. Jerry is survived by two daughters; Kimberly LeClair and her husband Evan and Margaret Garrow and her husband Jamie, 5 grandchildren; Leah, Dillan, Morgan, Ethan and Jacob, a brother Larry Mooney of Plattsburgh.
