Joann K Gordon

JoAnn K. Gordon, 72, of Pine Avenue passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at her home with family by her side.
She was born in Plattsburgh on May 28, 1948, the daughter of the late Francis and Florence Mae (Myatt) Rabideau.
JoAnn was employed as a custodian at SUNY Plattsburgh for many years and enjoyed gambling.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law Shirley and Dean Schier , her grandchildren; Ashley Johnson and her husband John, Cheyenne Guerin and her husband Dylan, Kayleigh Conroy, Sierra Schier, and Scarlett Schier, three great grandchildren; Kadence Conroy, Kennedy Conroy and Oakland Johnson, her siblings and their spouses; Frank Edward Rabideau, Arthur and Marilyn Rabideau, Carol Defayette, Christa and Frank Swiesz, Larry and Elaine Rabideau, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Anthony C. Gordon in 2011. Her parents , four sisters and a brother also passed away earlier.
In accordance with her wishes, services will be private for the family. Entombment will be in the Plattsburgh Community Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be offered to St, Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
