Joanne B Manor

Ellenburg Depot Mrs. Joanne B. Manor, 73, of Plank Road in Ellenburg Depot, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at her home with her family by her side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Jericho, N.Y. on December 31, 1937, the daughter of the late Seles and Edna (Trudeau) Varin, Sr. Joanne enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino. She is survived by five sons; Homer S. Manor and companion Tammy Cole of Ellenburg Depot, Harold Manor of Mooers, Pat Manor and companion Mary Ellen Martin of Ellenburg Depot, Kevin Manor of Chazy Lake, Don Manor of Ellenburg Depot, a daughter; Karen Gilman and her husband Bob of Ellenburg Depot, a daughter in law Darlene Manor of Mooers, a brother in law and sisters in law; Eldemour Manor and his wife Gladys of Mooers, Gladys Hilliker of Rouses Point, Gloria Lashway of Ellenburg Depot, ten grandchildren; Stacie, Kristy, Jamie, Brandon, Matthew, Beth, Scott, Patrick, Alex and Katie, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Homer Mose Manor passed away in 2004. Her siblings, Seles, Jr., Clifton, and Shirley also passed away earlier. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 10:00am at Holy Angels cemetery in Altona. Memorial donations may be offered to Hospice of the North Country.
