Cadyville Mr. John M. Parker, Jr. 59, of Route 3 in Cadyville, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at his home with family by his side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country. He was born in Albany, N.Y. on December 7, 1953, the son of the late John and Mary (Rivers) Parker, Sr. He is survived by his children; JoAnn Parker and companion Michael Bouyea of Peru, Tina Parker and companion Roger Latour of Plattsburgh, Melody and Brian Snider of Cadyville, Crystal and John Devins of Saranac, Melissa and Arlo Christman of Plattsburgh, Heidi Chamberlain and companion John Breyette of Morrisonville, his siblings and their spouses; Joan and Raymond Powell of Argyle, N.Y., Nickie Michaels of Troy, Mike and Vicky Parker of Peru, Dorothy and Rick Ray of Watervliet, Joanne and Chico Martineau of Plattsburgh, Dawn and Harry Bunting of California, Delbert Parker, Jimmy Parker of Saranac Lake, David Parker and Peter Parker, both of Schenectady, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews . His wife, Eva "Penny" Parker passed away on October 26, 2011. A sister, Mary Parker also passed away in 1965. In accordance with John's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A gathering will be held at his home on Friday at 3:00pm and on Saturday at 12:00 noon. Memorial donations may be offered to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center at CVPH or Hospice of the North Country.
