Joseph Turner

Plattsburgh Mr. Joseph Turner, 92, of South Ocean Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida died while visiting his vacation home in Plattsburgh, NY. He was under the care of Hospice of the North Country as he was too ill to return to Florida. He was born in Durham, England on February 28, 1919 the son of Thomas and Ethel (Tewart) Turner. At Joseph's request there will be no calling hours or services. Following cremation, his remains will be scattered at sea.
