Judianne Testa-Stout

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved mother, Judianne Testa-Stout, who left us unexpectedly on Thursday May 23rd, at the age of 69. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her most, offering support, wisdom, strength, and love in abundance. A friend to many, she was a cherished member of the community in Plattsburgh, NY, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Stout, her parents Joseph and Therese Testa, her nephew Joseph Birchwale as well as other beloved family members. Judianne leaves behind her two daughters Christina (Glenn) and Cassandra. Three grandchildren Alicia, Danielle, and Jayden. Her younger siblings Joseph (Theresa), Diane (Albert) and Frank (Jane). Nieces Jennifer and Lauren and nephew Kevin. Along with countless family and friends who felt her warmth and generosity. As per Judianne’s request, no funeral will be held. We are in the process of arranging a celebration of life and will announce the details soon.
