Julie Ann Mcgaulley

SYRACUSE - Julie Ann McGaulley 52 of Beehive Circle, Liverpool, N.Y., passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday February 15, 2012. She was born on June 23, 1959 in Plattsburgh to Nancy H. McGaulley and John Henry McGaulley. Julie graduated from St. John's High School in 1979, and went on to receive a bachelor's degree from Clarkson University and then a bachelor's of chemistry from SUNY ESF in Syracuse. Julie's love of teaching was evident in her work as a chemistry lab coordinator and instructor at William's College and then at SUNY ESF. Julie will be remembered for her sense of humor and her love of relaxing in front of Lake Champlain on a summer day with a book in hand. She will also be remembered for her love of and devotion to her family. Julie is survived by her three children Elizabeth Fisher, Henry Fisher, and Ann Fisher; her father and mother; her sister Marilyn and her husband David Lampell, her sister Susan and her husband Jeffrey Snow, and her sister Kathleen (Katie) O'Connor; her nephews Scott, Brendan, and Patrick, and nieces Erin and Jillian; and finally her two cats My-my and Hissy. Calling hours will be held on Sunday February 19 from 4-7pm at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Services will be held at St. John's Church in Plattsburgh on Monday February 20th at 1:00 PM.
