Kathleen Francis Devins

Kathleen Francis Devins, 87 years old, returned to the loving arms of her husband on April 4, 2025. Born December 30, 1937 Kathleen was adopted by the Gowett family as an infant and lived her whole life in the North Country.

After working many years at Monty Street Elementary School as a teacher's aide, Kathleen finished her career at Schoenbek Lighting in Plattsburgh, NY. She was an avid crocheter and made many beautiful items which she shared with family.

Kathleen was predeceased by her adoptive family and by her husband Gerald. She is survived by he sons Gerry and Gene both of West Chazy, NY. She is also survived by three granddaughters: Mandy, Haileigh and Hannah and one great-granddaughter, Jacqueline.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the social workers and other staff at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and to the staff at CVPH Medical center for the care they gave to Kathleen.
