Kathy A. Roussia, 57, of Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at UVM-CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on January 26, 1961 the daughter of Joseph and Florence (Baker) Roussia. She is survived by her mother, her siblings; Candace Roushia, Randy Roushia, Robin Roushia, her nieces; Kate and Emmet Naughton, Kristen Roushia, her great-nephews; Elliot and Ian Naughton.
