Plattsburgh May 15, 2008 Let it be known that Katy Lynn Llewellyn, 24, of Wallace Hill Road is no longer among us. Born February 16, 1984 in Plattsburgh, New York to Stewart and Cheryl (Jacobs) Llewellyn, she is remembered for her courage, her fierce loyalty towards family and friends and unique beauty. At two years of age, she unlocked the deadbolts in the early morning to go exploring and she never stopped. Put a ball in her hand, and Katy was agile and cagey as a cat, she loved basketball, kickball, you name it; the girl had game. Forever wild, Katy loved to be outdoors: hiking Pokomoonshine in a thunderstorm, throwing horse shoes at the beach, or just roughing around with her siblings. Katy is survived by her son Damien Wright, the love of her life; his beautiful eyes will always reflect her gaze. She is also survived by her mother Cheryl Gagnier, sisters Kimberly Llewellyn, Nichole Christiansen and her husband Jeffrey, Grace Gagnier, Ashley Gagnier, brother Mark Gagnier and his companion Stacey Guynup, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Katy joins her new ball team, whose starting lineup includes her father, Stewart Llewellyn, and grandparents Don and Phyllis Jane Llewellyn, Richard and Beatrice Wells, Arthur and Beatrice Fassett. As well as her aunt Simone Eaton and uncle Clifford Labarre. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Monday May, 19, 2008 at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh. A memorial service will be held at the Turnpike Wesleyan Church, date to be announced. Online condolences may be offered at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com. Katykins, we know there's a pickup game about to start, so you go girl!
