Keith A Reil

Keith A. Reil, 54, of Altona passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Monday, May 18th, 2015. He leaves behind a beautiful family, three daughters, Nicole, Amanda and Taylor, one stepson, Tyler, two grandsons, Talon and Dominic and his loving wife, Cari. He was a devoted husband, father, stepdad and Papa. Keith had a wonderful sense of humor and could make a joke out of any situation. Honesty was his best policy. He enjoyed camping, working around the house and playing games with Talon. Keith liked spending time in his man cave garage with his music blaring and considered himself a true rebel. He was reliable, dedicated and worked hard for many years at A. Schonbek & Co. and the Clinton County Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents, Eleanor and Donald Reil, and his uncle Walter Reil. He is survived by three brothers, Dwight, David and Kevin and one sister, Beth and several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Dr. William Pelton, Dr. Joel Wolkowitcz and Dr. Craig Hurowitz for their care. Keith will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Calling hours will be Thursday May, 21, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY. Graveside services will be Friday, May 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Plattsburgh, NY. Donations in his memory may be to the Altona Fire Department or the Morrisonville Rescue Squad.
