Plattsburgh Keith W. Shinn, 49, of Butler Road, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday November 4, 2014 at CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Santa Maria, CA on January 1, 1965 the son of William Shinn and Judy (LaMora) Guidi. At Keith's request there will be no public calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Monday November 10, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
