Kellie M. Simmons

Kellie M. Simmons, 61, of Irish Settlement Road, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH in Plattsburgh with her loving family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 19, 1963, the daughter of Donald and Alice (Trombley) Roushia. Kellie was a home health aide with North Country Home Care for over twenty years. She enjoyed flower gardening, crafts, camping and spending time with her grandchildren. Kellie also enjoyed thrifting, going to flea markets and yard sales. She was predeceased by her parents. Kellie is survived by her husband Kenneth Simmons of Plattsburgh, her son Tyler Roushia and his wife Mychelle of Plattsburgh, three grandchildren; Kolton, Trent and Ivan, a sister Holly Stefanick, several nieces and nephews as well as her best friend Nichole Favreau also survive her. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 4, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Alexander's Church, burial will be later in the year at St. Alexander's Cemetery.
