Kelly M Hunt

Kelly M. Hunt, 54, of Military Turnpike, West Chazy, NY, passed away on Friday August 7, 2020 at her home with her family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Watertown, NY on July 1, 1966 the daughter of Linda Hunt in Watertown NY. Kelly was raised by grandparents, Harold & Ruth Hunt Sr.
Kelly graduated from Beekmantown Central School. She then went on to work for Champlain Valley Industries in Plattsburgh. Kelly was in the Special Olympics, participating in Bowling, Track and Field, Skiing and swimming, where she received many medals. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and spending time with her pug, “Pug”
Kelly was predeceased by her parents, her siblings; Ruth (Joe) Brink, Emma (Delbert) Dominie, Nancy Bengtsson, Tammy Robinson and Harold Hunt, Jr.
She is survived by her siblings; Edna Wilson of Georgia, Donna (Clyde) Doolittle of LaFargeville, Leona (Dale) Hunt of Ticonderoga, Kay (Allan) Martin of Plattsburgh, Margaret (Michael Tummerman) Hunt of Iowa, Penny (Rick) VanValkenburg of West Chazy, Loretta (Willy) Waite of Plattsburgh, Terri Tolbert of Florida, Jim Hunt of Mooers, Bob Hunt of Florida, Elmer (Louann) of Watertown, Charles (Michelle) Hunt of West Chazy, Jerry (Kim Spooner) Waite of Plattsburgh, Bill (Ruth Ann) Nutting of Morristown and Raymond Wilson of Georgia, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday August 13, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Words of remembrance will be shared at 7:00 pm.
The family wishes to thank John Gill of Adirondack Assist and all the drivers for their assistance, everyone from the Dialysis Unit, the Renal Center, Matt Cook, Dr. Herwick, Dr. Bunn and Jennifer Facteau- Rabideau, and a very special thank you to all of her family and friends for everything they have done to make sure Kelly Lived her life to the fullest.
