Larry Charles Senecal Sr

Larry Charles Senecal Sr., aged 84, passed away on October 30, 2024, in Plattsburgh, NY, where he was also born on November 21, 1939. A devoted family man and hard worker, Larry's life was marked by deep dedication to his loved ones. Before retiring, Larry was a steadfast employee at Georgia Pacific, after which he continued his professional journey at Monaghan Medical and V Fraus until 2019, following the passing of his beloved wife, Rosemary. Known for his strong work ethic, he finally retired at the age of 80. Larry proudly served in the US Marine Corps, carrying the values of honor and commitment throughout his life. His military service remained a significant and respected part of his identity. An avid gambler, Larry enjoyed frequent visits to casinos to play the slot machines. He was also a passionate supporter of Donald Trump, hoping to see him reelected. Larry's family was the cornerstone of his life. He is survived by his son, Larry Senecal Jr., grandchildren Kayla, Kristie, Herbie, and Summer Senecal, Great Grandchildren: Kaylob, Leland, Logan and Chloe, and his brother, Howard Senecal. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Senecal, and his grandson, Danny Senecal. In accordance with his wishes, Larry will be cremated with no memorial services. A burial will take place in the near future where he will be laid to rest alongside his wife and grandson. Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, NY, is assisting the family during this time.
