Lena M Tremblay

Plattsburgh Lena M. Tremblay, 78, of Dennis Avenue, Plattsburgh, New York passed away Monday, June 15, 2009 at her home with her loving family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Mooers Forkes, New York on July 17, 1930 the daughter of Henry and Rosina (Longtin) Meseck. She attended Mooers Central School. Lena had been employed by Even View TV at CVPH Medical Center from 1972-1987, Roe Industries and JCEO. She had been a member of the America Legion Post #20 Ladies Auxiliary since 1970 and she was a member of St. Peter's Church. Lena was predeceased by her parents Henry and Rosin Meseck, two sons; Denis Tremblay, Joseph Tremblay; five brothers, Fred, Napoleon, James, Noah and Clifford; three sisters, Elsie Moore, Rose Burdo amd Lezina Anamaet. She is survived by a daughter Sandra Tremblay and her companion Jared Tarboxof Plattsburgh, a brother Rudolph Meseck of Plattsburgh, a sister Vatilda Rettinger of Plattsburgh, two grandchildren; Garston Tremblay and Natalie Hemstead and her husband Jeremie, two great grandchildren Vaida and Ivy Hempstead, her godchild and niece Debra Defayette, niece Nina Roussy and nephew Pepper Meseck to whom Lena would like to offer a special Thank You to. Calling hours will be held on Thursday June 18, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday June 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. Interment will follow at the family plot at St. Ann's Cemetery in Mooers Forks, NY.
