Linda M Parker

Linda M. Parker, 61, of Lamora Road, Saranac, NY, passed away on Wednesday February 5, 2020 at the Clinton County Nursing Home with her family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Plattsburgh on September 30, 1958 the daughter of Richard and Margaret (Collins) Rascoe.
Linda graduated from Saranac Central School. She worked at Meadowbrook Healthcare in Plattsburgh and later at Evergreen Valley Nursing Home as a Certified Nurses Aide. Linda was the happiest when spending time with her daughters and especially her grandsons, whom were her pride and joy.
She was predeceased by her father and a brother Kenneth Rascoe.
Linda is survived by her daughters; Marci Parker Smith, Shannon Smart and her husband Joshua all of Saranac, her grandsons; Adam Smith, Colby and Mason Smart, her mother Margaret Rascoe, her siblings; Janice (Danny) Piller, James Rascoe, Eric (June) Rascoe, all of Saranac and Donny (Vanessa) Rascoe of Loon Lake, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
Calling hours will be held on Monday February 10, 2020 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Cadyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at 11:00 am at Church of the Assumption in Redford, burial will be at a later date at the Independence Cemetery in Saranac.
Memorial donations in Linda’s name may be made to Hospice of the North Country or to her family.
