He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on January 15, 1943 the son of Paul and Violet Rollier of Lyon Mountain, New York. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 11:00 am at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
