Luke Michael Siskavich

Plattsburgh Luke Michael Siskavich, infant son of Michael and Colby (Jozwiak) Siskavich, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. Luke is predeceased by his paternal great-grandmother, Sally Siskavich, and his maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Jones. He is survived by his parents, his maternal grandparents; Pam and Lenny Jozwiak of Peru, NY, his paternal grandparents; Mona and Mike Siskavich of Lyon Mountain, NY, his great-grandparents; Richard Jones, Noella and Leonard Jozwiak Sr., Robert Siskavich Sr., Diane and Fred Cayea Sr., and several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
