Lynn J. Van Nostrand, 57, of, Patricia Lane, Champlain, NY passed away on Tuesday January 24, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Huntington, NY on January 7, 1955 the daughter of Albert and Doris Darlene (Day) Van Nostrand, Jr. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Peru IRA,, 79, Pleasant Street, Peru, New York with the Rev. William G. Reamer officiating. Interment will be at a later date at the Westerlo Rural Cemetery in Westerlo, New York.
